From the very beginning, she handled every detail with so much care and attention, making sure everything was perfectly organized for our group. Planning a trip for a large group can be overwhelming, but she made it incredibly easy and was always available to answer questions and help coordinate logistics.

What truly stood out was how thoughtful she was throughout the entire experience. She checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly and even surprised us with a sweet gift during the trip, which meant so much and made the weekend feel even more special.

Because of her, all we had to do was show up and enjoy every moment. I am so grateful for the time, effort, and heart she put into planning such a memorable weekend. I will absolutely be using her for future trips and recommending her to everyone I know.

Jenny was amazing and went above and beyond for us. She was attentive; for example, when she noticed the price drop, she instantly canceled and then re-booked it for us. We did not have to worry about anything during the trip; the trip she booked for us went seamlessly. We were so appreciative of her knowledge of each of the cities, the hotels, and the surrounding areas.

Jenny was beyond helpful in recommending places to dine, see and experience. We have used travel agents in the past but never received service quite like this. I can’t wait to book our next trip with Jenny! All I can say is stop what you’re doing and go ahead and book with her!

Jenny was amazing! She planned us the most amazing trip. She listened to our preferences and budget and found us the best deals! We arrived to our hotel with a framed picture of us and card in our room which was such a thoughtful touch. Will definitely use her again!

Jenny was great! She quickly gave us several options to choose from, all offering something different to consider. We had never been to any of them. Just from her information, we chose The Grande Colonial and we made the right choice! It fit our needs for this particular tip perfectly. We even visited one of the other properties while in town and will probably try that one next. We had a bit of a snag flying out (missed connection and got in a day late) and Jenny promptly called the hotel for us and rearranged our booking. She didn't have to do that, but it was very helpful and appreciated. Given all the uncertainties with travel, I recommended letting an expert like Jenny help pave the way for a great experience!!
